Unexpected visitors when we were on a plankton sampling trip

 

Staff and students of the foundation degree in at Cornwall College Newquay have partnered up with the St Agnes MCG for the last four years.

Students get involved  in a variety of ways from carrying out college fieldwork or individual research projects. Several staff and students are active members of the group.

Student lead projects have ranged from studying crab chela morphology to mapping areas of the sea bed within the VMCA. The college has also sponsored a Sea Search dive at Bawden rock.
